Requirements
- Familiarity with the regulatory process, comment periods, and agency jurisdiction and organizational charts
- Experience with Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS)
- Experience with state-specific license management platforms, such as Florida's REAL system
- A bachelor's degree or commensurate experience is required
- 2+ years of compliance, financial services, and/or licensing experience
Skills
- Must have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to master applications that are specific to Alston & Bird
- Have the ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints
- Must be able to work well at the direction of multiple attorneys or independently while handling complex situations
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, along with an enthusiastic team player attitude and a strong work ethic
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $185,000 and represents the Firm's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at this time of posting.
