Familiarity with the regulatory process, comment periods, and agency jurisdiction and organizational charts
Experience with Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS)
Experience with state-specific license management platforms, such as Florida's REAL system
A bachelor's degree or commensurate experience is required
2+ years of compliance, financial services, and/or licensing experience

Must have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong computer skills, including the ability to master applications that are specific to Alston & Bird
Have the ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints
Must be able to work well at the direction of multiple attorneys or independently while handling complex situations
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, along with an enthusiastic team player attitude and a strong work ethic

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $185,000 and represents the Firm's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at this time of posting.
