Responsibilities
- Maintain communication with pharmacy, intake, and case management teams regarding clinical status, escalation needs, and case continuity.
- Support audit preparation, incident reporting, and corrective action planning.
- Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge of infusion therapies, IV access devices, and related equipment.
- Clinical Supervision & Support
Requirements
- Proficiency in venous access device management (PICC, Port, Midline, Peripheral IV).
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation required.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and case conferences as required.
- Participate in re-certifications and re-assessments as required by regulatory standards or payer requirements.
- Must be willing and able to travel within a 65-mile radius or up to 90 minutes from assigned cases within regional assignment.
- Daily travel to patient homes, facilities, or team meetings is required.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active New York State license in good standing.
- Strong organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
- Schedule & Work Expectations
- Full-time, field-based role with schedule assigned by the office scheduling team.
- Must be available for rotation coverage, including evenings or weekends if operationally required.
- Unlike per diem nurses, this position does not allow for self-scheduling or case selection autonomy
- assignments are based on organizational coverage needs.
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting of infusion equipment or supplies (up to 25 lbs).
Nice to have
- Minimum 2 years of infusion nursing experience (home infusion or acute care setting preferred), with both adult and pediatric patients.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
Compensation
- $120,000 annually

- Partner with the scheduling and operations teams to coordinate nurse assignments, optimize workload distribution, and ensure timely case coverage.
