About the role
- You will help ensure manufacturing operations have the materials needed by performing cycle counts, maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing kits, and processing incoming and outgoing shipments.
- You will work as part of the Materials and Logistics team in an air conditioned, warehouse/manufacturing environment.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices
Responsibilities
- Perform cycle counting, inventory control, and inventory record maintenance to ensure material accuracy.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices; document discrepancies and reject unsatisfactory items.
- Prepare, package, document, and process outgoing shipments, including maintaining shipping records and posting shipping weights and charges.
Requirements
- Prepare kitting packages for assembly and operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, as required.
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environment.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials.

- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory tracking tools.
