About the role

T1 Energy is looking to hire a Quality Supervisor who is responsible for overseeing daily quality assurance and control activities within a solar panel manufacturing facility.

Lead, train, and mentor quality inspectors and technicians.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve yield, reduce scrap, and enhance product reliability.
Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and manage multiple priorities.

Strong knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001) and statistical process control (SPC).
Experience with root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA).
Familiarity with solar panel manufacturing processes and testing methods is highly desirable.
Experience in renewable energy or solar manufacturing is a strong advantage.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience required.

Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is preferred.
3-5+ years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment (solar, electronics, or semiconductor preferred).
