  • JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION Responsible for providing face to face, phone, and telehealth crisis response and assessment services to those individuals who are experiencing any mental health crisis.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in developing safety plans and identifying personal and community resources.
  • Accurately document client interactions, assessments, and interventions in compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Support team operations by assisting with administrative tasks, such as scheduling follow-ups or maintaining resource guides.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a relevant field.
  • Years of Experience
  • Performs all required job duties and responsibilities in accordance to CCBHC Standards.
  • Education Level
  • Associate degree in a relevant field. Equivalent work experience may substituted for education.
  • entry level position
  • on-the-job training provided. Customer service or support roles in behavioral health are a plus.

  • Pay Range:
  • $19.20--$26.90
