About the role
- A Customer Service Representative I works in all aspects of customer service including product selection, order processing, and inventory management.
- This role may also involve helping in the warehouse-from stocking and retrieving items to making deliveries, operating a forklift, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and supporting general branch needs.
- Assist with electronic order entry and processing utilizing JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Sales and Operations team s to maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs
- Support the Sales Team with accurate customer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concerns
Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- T he ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios
- You have s trong interpersonal and effective communication skills
- You have good organization al skills with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn JD Edwards ( training will be provided )
- Mobility to move freely across uneven terrain both indoors and outdoors safely
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation
- Assist with monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory
