Responsibilities

  • You'll lead operational efficiency, governance checks, and execution quality across countries and regions.
  • You'll act as the primary point of contact for compensation advice to HR Business Partners and business managers.
  • You'll review and validate complex analyses produced by analysts and provide insights based on the outcomes of these analyses.
  • You'll lead continuous improvement of compensation processes and documentation, controls.
  • You'll partner with People Analytics, People Operations, Payroll, Legal, and local HR teams to support internal and external reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven ownership of complex, multi‑country compensation cycles and execution models.
  • Recognized subject‑matter expertise, ability to operate independently.
  • You are comfortable interpreting complex data and making sound, defensible decisions.
  • Ability to become a trusted advisor to HRBPs and business managers.
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS and compensation tools
  • strong Excel skills required.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
  • You'll support audits, controls testing, and risk reviews as required.

Compensation

  • You'll own the end‑to‑end execution of international compensation activities, including annual compensation planning and salary review cycles.
  • You'll translate global compensation philosophy, job architecture, and salary structures into practical, compliant execution.
  • You'll provide expert guidance on market positioning, salary decisions, promotions, job leveling, and pay adjustments within defined guardrails.
  • 25 days holidays per year.

  • You'll lead the operationalization of pay equity and pay transparency initiatives, including analysis readiness, consistency validation, remediation support, and monitoring.
  • You'll interpret market data, pay equity analyses, and compensation metrics to drive informed and consistent decisions.
  • 8-10+ years' experience in Compensation or Total Rewards within a large, international organization.
  • Practical experience with pay equity analysis and/or involvement in pay transparency implementation.
  • Deep understanding of job architecture, market pricing, and internal equity principles.
