About the role
- The Senior Product Manager serves as the proxy for our internal and external customers and works with key stakeholders across the company, as well as our top-notch Engineering team, to bring products from inception to market.
- Interview internal stakeholders/customers to identify workflow improvement opportunities and system needs
- Define product solutions for the problems identified and present them to stakeholders and leadership
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with UX team to define user flows and designs
- Create user stories and feature specifications for engineers
- Strong leadership presence with ability to lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders, designers, and engineers
Requirements
- Candidates must be based in the U.S. to be considered.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Master's in Computer Science or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in tech-driven companies.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Understanding of residential real estate transaction details strongly preferred
- Experience working on internal and/or B2B platforms as well as consumer-facing products (preferred)
- Start-up experience and passion for residential real estate (preferred)
Skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills operating at a variety of levels and with stakeholders
- Technical competence & strong analytical skills
