Responsibilities
- Manage recruiting operations and workflows, including candidate pipelines, timelines, reporting, and CRM data integrity.
- Leverage recruiting technology and systems to support search execution, process efficiency, and best practices.
- Develop and improve processes, creating standard operating procedures and driving operational excellence across the team.
- Serve as a key resource to recruiters, providing project management support, system training, and onboarding assistance.
- Build the Process Behind a High-Performing Recruiting Team As we continue to grow, we need someone who can bring structure, consistency, and accountability to our recruiting process.
- You'll work closely with leadership and recruiters to manage search workflows, optimize technology platforms, and ensure projects move efficiently from launch to completion.
- This role is ideal for someone who understands recruiting operations, enjoys creating systems, and thrives behind the scenes helping recruiters perform at their highest level.
