About the role
- Frequently operates a computer and other standard office equipment.
- Occasionally moves items up to 20 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical service calls, including troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues in residential homes.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient job completion.
- Come deliver the Gold Standard of White Glove Service-and get the support you need to shine.
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of residential electrical experience
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing electrical systems and components in residential settings.
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with internal and external stakeholders is required.
- Must be able to work under centrally controlled fluorescent lighting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Nice to have
- Strong customer service and people skills
- Previous experience working in a residential service department
- Completion of an electrical apprenticeship program preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Compensation
- $70,000 - $90,000 USD
- Competitive salary based on experience.
