Client involvement starts with Pilot Programs, extends into implementation of our solutions, and continues with introduction of new features and continued responsibility for customer satisfaction and success.
The successful candidate in this role will need to establish a strong relationship with assigned clientele and respond to any technical / business related inquiries.

The role will be pivotal in empowering the customer and ensuring all facets of the application are being used to advance their business and to drive Irth revenue.
External - Customer Facing (80% of role) & Internal (20% of role): Develop a thorough understanding of Irth - Asset Integrity for Pipelines products to successfully implement, configure, and train new users.
Project management - ability to confidently and successfully manage project deliverables, success KPI's and project budgets.
These tools support, but do not replace, human judgment in hiring decisions.

Compensation The salary range for this role is CAD $70k.
This range reflects the base salary only and does not include any other compensation components.
