Requirements

- Ability to spot potential closing issues and resolve timely and professionally
- Prioritizes and meets deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- Regularly monitors office supplies and orders needed supplies
- Printer and copier administration and maintenance
- Mailing, postage and distribution of mail
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent
