Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise geographically distant team of project coordinators responsible for integration efforts across EIS, EPR, Facilities, and Corporate Communications for campus operations in support of corporate business line's needs, activities, and events.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders, as well as Enterprise Services teams to align resources and ensure project deliverables.
  • Implement site services and EIS service work orders, as needed, and monitors completion.
  • Serve as logistics lead for IT, security, safety, and space allocation special moves, personnel relocations, and arrangements for Corporate activities.
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and testing continuity of business operations (COBO) plans ensuring operational resilience and recovery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, operations management, systems engineering, or related field
  • 12 or more years of years of related experience in project management, portfolio integration, facilities coordination, IT integration, or enterprise operations
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams, process optimization, and organizational integration
  • Familiarity with IT systems, physical security protocols, facilities management, and event management best practices
  • Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, or similar)
  • Willingness and ability to travel 10-15% of the time.
  • Knowledge of compliance and safety regulations related to enterprise site operations and events
  • U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.
