Responsibilities
- Support Russian-speaking caregiver candidates through the full hiring and onboarding process.
- Support a caregiver hiring initiative serving Holocaust survivors and other older adults in the community.
- Candidates may need hands-on support with detailed compliance steps, including Guardian registration, Live Scan fingerprinting, TB testing, employment documents, and New Hire Orientation.
- Russian-speaking candidates may need additional language, process, and onboarding support.
- Manage full life cycle recruiting for Home Care Aide roles.
Requirements
- 2 years recruiting or transferable skills experience
- Ability to explain detailed processes clearly and patiently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with Guardian/HCA registration process.
- Help candidates complete required employment, Guardian/HCA, Live Scan, TB, and orientation steps.
Compensation
- Range: $80,000 - $85,000 annually.
