About the role

Storable is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our customer base and deepen relationships with self-storage operators.
In this role, you will be on the front lines of our sales motion, connecting with storage facility owners and operators to understand their business challenges and where Storable can make an impact.
You will uncover opportunities across both our existing customer base and net-new prospects, then equip our sales executives with the insights they need to run highly effective demos and sales cycles.

Use Salesforce to track activities, manage your pipeline, and capture detailed notes on every customer interaction.
Fertility care support options to help in your journey towards parenthood.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, uncovering pain points and aligning them to the right products, sales reps, and sales motions.
Partner closely with Account Executives by delivering clear discovery notes and context that set them up for effective demos and proposals.
Prospect into new regional markets and accounts to create net-new opportunities with storage owners and operators.

Experience with the self-storage industry.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce as a daily system of record.
All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Experience working with a CRM such as Salesforce, plus familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.

Use AI-powered tools to research accounts, personalize outreach, and refine messaging to improve connect rates and conversion rates.
Strong verbal and written communication skills across phone, email, and text.
Experience using sales engagement or AI-powered prospecting tools (for example, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, Gong, or similar).
