Responsibilities
- Support prioritization by sizing opportunities, modeling impact, and clarifying trade-offs in ambiguous problem spaces
- Develop analytical approaches where data may be sparse or evolving, creating structure in new product areas
- Design and evaluate experiments (A/B tests and beyond) to validate product hypotheses and guide iteration
- Partner with Product and ML teams to measure the impact of new features, workflows, and personalization systems
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and ML teams to ensure scalable, reliable data infrastructure
- Deep expertise in experimentation, including A/B testing, hypothesis design, and statistical analysis
Requirements
- Our four products - Scribd®, Slideshare®, Everand™, and Fable - help billions of people across the globe move beyond access and into insight, application, and expertise.
- You are comfortable operating in zero-to-one spaces, where data is incomplete and frameworks must be built from scratch.
- 7+ years of experience in product analytics or a related field, with a track record of influencing product and business outcomes
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments
