Responsibilities

  • Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position.
  • This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
  • Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

  • Key Exciting Responsibilities: • Drive top-line growth and ecosystem revenue by selling the comprehensive Trimble value chain, integrating premium hardware with recurring digital platform subscriptions. • Build and manage a robust, high-velocity sales pipeline from initial cold-start prospecting through final contract execution. • Target major mega-projects and key accounts to embed software ecosystems, ensuring seamless data flow from the field to the back office. • Lead direct sales initiatives and maximize market share using a direct-led, indirect-fulfilled strategy while coaching distribution partners to secure complex ecosystem agreements. • Serve as a key industry advocate representing Trimble at major congresses, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Essential Skills & Experience: • Seven or more years of sales experience in the heavy civil or infrastructure sector, with at least three years driving digital construction delivery. • Proven track record of converting traditional field hardware leads into comprehensive, revenue-generating digital ecosystem agreements. • Strong technical foundation in Trimble Field System technology and bidirectional data flows between field hardware and office software. • Deep literacy in the digital construction landscape, including Connected Data Environments (CDE) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), alongside knowledge of SaaS recurring revenue models. • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
