- Foresight is an outpatient mental health company that offers virtual and in-person therapy across California.
- Our purpose is to improve access to high-quality mental health care.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clinical caseload between 25-35 clients depending on program needs and administrative time.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
- Support screening, intake, and assessment to ensure appropriate fit and timely access to care.
- Collaborate with psychiatry and other disciplines to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and address trends, barriers, and opportunities for program growth.
- Postpartum Support International PMH-C certification strongly preferred.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Proficiency with essential technology platforms, such as EHR systems, Zoom, Google Suite, and Dayforce
Compensation
- $80,000-$90,000 base annual salary based on qualifications including experience, education and certifications

- Candidates without PMH-C certification should demonstrate significant focused experience providing mental health care to patients during pregnancy and the postpartum period.
- Minimum of two years post license experience in behavioral health, IOP or PHP experience.
