Manage leads through the recruitment pipeline and close contract offers.
Maintain regular communication with clinicians and support them through each assignment.
Build and nurture a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
Partner with sales and account managers to coordinate interviews and resolve issues.
Achieve recruitment targets and maintain accurate, compliant documentation.
Provide excellent communication and service to clinicians and internal partners.
Represent the company professionally and build strong, lasting relationships.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new systems.
Candidates must be willing to work in a hybrid arrangement or fully onsite, Monday-Friday, in our Maitland, Florida office, based on managerial discretion.

Meet or exceed weekly metrics and individual recruitment goals.
Source, pre‑screen, interview, and match candidates to client needs.
Negotiate compensation packages and coordinate onboarding with credentialing.
Update candidate records, documentation, and database files accurately.
Handle basic HR functions, including coaching, orientation assistance, and issue resolution.
High School diploma or GED required
bachelor's degree preferred.
Sales-driven mindset with a passion for competition and achieving goals.
