About the role

  • The Operations Manager serves as a key organizational leader responsible for integrating, directing, and optimizing the expanding operations of Frog Environmental and Clear Water Services.
  • This role ensures operational accountability, financial stewardship, efficient workforce utilization, and consistently high quality service delivery across the California market.
  • The position requires a strategic and proactive approach to workforce planning, staff leadership, and operational coordination, including oversight of scheduling for both field and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

  • The Operations Manager will collaborate with management and team leaders to drive innovation, elevate performance, and support the long term success of the business.
  • Our mission is to create positive and systemic environmental impact by making our biopolymer solutions cost competitive, more convenient, and better performing than the synthetic chemicals we displace.
  • Established in 1998, we continue to provide innovative stormwater, groundwater, and process water treatment solutions custom-designed for each client's unique goals, challenges, and mission.

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience as an Operations Manager or in a senior leadership role
  • Willingness and ability to work long days to meet customer and team members needs
  • 6+ years experience in resource allocation, and labor forecasting
  • 4+ years experience in high level management
  • Experience in corporate safety
  • Familiarity with the California industrial general permit
  • Knowledge of BMP installation and management

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in construction/industrial stormwater a plus

Compensation

  • $110,000-$150,000/yr depending on experience and interview outcome
