Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global workplace and facilities strategy in support of business growth, operational excellence, and technology roadmaps.
- Establish global standards, governance, KPIs, and best practices to drive operational excellence and consistency across sites.
- Develop long-range capacity plans and infrastructure roadmaps for manufacturing, laboratory, and workplace environments.
- Lead global capital planning and execution, including site expansions, facility upgrades, construction, and renovation projects.
- Establish corporate EHS policies and partner with site leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and a strong safety culture.
- Drive sustainability, energy management, business continuity, and risk mitigation programs across the global footprint.
- Manage global facilities operating and capital budgets and optimize total cost of ownership.
- Lead strategic supplier relationships, outsourced service providers, and facilities-related contracts.
- Build and develop a high-performing global organization of facilities, engineering, workplace, and project management professionals.
- Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, R&D, IT, HR, Finance, and executive leadership to align facilities investments with business priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field required.
- Education
- Experience
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in facilities, engineering, manufacturing operations, or related functions, including significant executive-level responsibility.
- Demonstrated success leading global, multi-site facilities organizations supporting advanced manufacturing and technology environments.
- Significant experience in:
- Photonics or semiconductor manufacturing
- Advanced manufacturing facilities
- Cleanroom and laboratory environments
- Large-scale capital projects and infrastructure development
- Global engineering and operations organizations
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.

- Final base salary for the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job location, where work will be performed, qualifications, work history and relevant experience.
