- Routinely evaluate the performance of the Coaches. Offer ongoing support, feedback and training.

Compensation
- Potential annual earnings for our Head Coach range between $72,000 - $85,000.
- This includes a base salary and personal training sessions.
- The final offered compensation will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
- Supporting the Program Manager in annual department budget preparation
