About the role
- Summary/Objectives: Project Manager is responsible for handling internal and external projects, especially customer-initiated projects.

Responsibilities
- Manage projects from start to finish, including project organization, maintaining schedule, meeting customer needs and managing projects costs
- Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the appropriate stakeholders
- Identifying and developing new project process improvements opportunities with the team

Requirements
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Ability to "think on your feet", creative problem solving, determine and advocate customer needs
- Ability to communicate (written and verbal) in English
- Ability to read drawings and technical specifications of CAD work
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- A Master's degree in a related field (MBA, Engineering, or similar)
- Prior team managment experience
