About the role
- We're looking for a Content Specialist to join our growing US Marketing team in Austin, supporting our Paid Marketing efforts.
- This is a hands-on, junior role suited to someone early in their career who's equal parts creative and curious about the numbers behind the work.
- Comfortable reading basic performance data and using it to inform creative decisions, not just making things look good
Responsibilities
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple concurrent creative requests against deadlines
- A collaborative team player who works well across functions (Growth, BD, Design)

Requirements
- Hands-on experience with design or editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) for both static and video content
Nice to have
- Ideally 1 to 2 years of experience in content creation, paid social/performance marketing, or design (internships count)
- Genuine interest in e-commerce, cashback, or rewards is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools for creative ideation, editing, or workflow is a plus
