- Proven track record solving operational challenges in behavioral health or similar clinical settings
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a growing clinical team of psychologists and master's level providers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Lead with empathy, transparency, and accountability-fostering a clinical culture that engages and retains high-performing individuals and maintains accountability to performance standards.
- Lead process optimization- evaluate and refine workflows, outcomes, and patient experience. Proactively identify ways to enhance quality of care and exceed NPS benchmarks.
- Balance clinical judgment with business acumen to drive decision making that impacts the clinician experience, processes, and business outcomes.
- CME/CEU support
- A dedicated care coordination team to support with administrative tasks (e.g., cancellations, rescheduling, documentation requests, billing)
Compensation
- Target salary $105,000-120,000
