Work collaboratively with stakeholders to address their business needs and offer consultation on website best practices
Oversee the complete content lifecycle from ideation to launch
Conduct competitive research and data analysis to identify opportunities for new or improved features
Ensure consistency in content tone, style, and quality for the target audience
Conduct content audits to ensure the website pages are following standards and identify gaps or opportunities
Responsible for the project management of features planned for current and upcoming Program Increment ensuring quality and on-time delivery
Monitor web traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics to evaluate website performance.
Use data gathered to inform future feature development and share with others to make sound decisions

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong writing, research, and analytical abilities
Ability to solve complex problems by taking new perspectives using existing solutions
Proficiency in SEO/GEO, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools is a plus
Strong partnership and collaboration skills across technology and business lines
Experience/familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Sitecore is a plus
The expected starting salary range for the Website Content Strategist is between $111,400 and $139,200 annually.
Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and market data.
