About the role

  • This leader will help move Tia from market-by-market and service-line-specific execution to a more standardized, accountable, and scalable operating model across the full practice.
  • This is a highly visible, field-oriented leadership role.
  • This is an ideal opportunity for a healthcare operations leader who has successfully led multi-site, multi-market, or multi-modality operations, managed leaders of leaders, and built consistent operating rhythms across complex care delivery environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Enterprise Multi-Site Operations
  • Partner with clinical leadership in a dyad model to align operational execution with clinical quality, patient experience, provider experience, and business performance.
  • Build and maintain clear operating rhythms across markets, including performance reviews, issue escalation, action planning, and accountability structures.
  • Build repeatable and predictable operating systems that hardwire operational rigor, scalable infrastructure, and consistent execution across the practice.
  • Create consistency across clinics and care modalities while allowing for thoughtful market-level adaptation where appropriate.
  • Build and Scale Tia's Operating Model
  • Develop and execute enterprise operating plans that support Tia's clinical, operational, financial, and growth goals.
  • Develop strategies and frameworks to establish, improve, and scale operational processes aligned with business needs.
  • Identify areas of variation across markets and implement scalable solutions that improve consistency, performance, and teammate experience.
  • Drive Performance Through Data

Requirements

  • Experience managing leaders, ideally including Operations Directors, Market Directors, Clinic Directors, Practice Administrators, or similar operational leaders.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial management, including experience overseeing budgets, P&L performance, staffing costs, utilization, appointment supply, and other business drivers.
  • Ability to balance patient experience, teammate experience, clinical quality, provider experience, and financial durability.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects that include strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, risk management, and financial oversight.

Compensation

  • $170,000 - $200,000 per year.
  • Tia is committed to pay equity and pay transparency.
  • Compensation for this role will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, location, role leveling, business needs, and market conditions.
