Production-Level Craft: Work directly within our front-end architecture (React/TypeScript) to implement fluid interactions, elegant data visualizations, and predictable state management where user trust is paramount.
Scalable Product Architecture: Drive the evolution of the Pro product through components and views that handle property management at scale-addressing variable data, edge cases, and the sophisticated tools operators need.
Solve from First Principles: Use data, owner feedback, and cross-functional conversation to identify what needs to be designed and engineered before it becomes a support issue.
Systemic UI Thinking: Elevate Evolve's core design system by translating design components and patterns into a robust, accessible, and highly reusable code library that maintains platform-wide consistency.
Production-Grade UX/UI Craft: Technical fluency in modern front-end engineering frameworks (React, TypeScript, CSS-in-JS architectures) combined with a highly trained eye for typography, alignment, and motion design.

7+ years of experience building product in B2B/Fintech or high-growth tech-enabled services.
Advanced proficiency in leveraging AI development environments and tools to build functional, interactive prototypes.
You are comfortable debating unit economics and UI.

For this role our salary range is $165,000 to $185,000 depending on relevant experience.
This role will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance.
Compensation for this role may vary to reflect local market conditions.
Some positions may also have restrictions based on compensation in the following states: California, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Washington.
