About the role
- Coordinate daily office and field administrative activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist with procurement activities, including vendor setup, material ordering, inventory tracking, and equipment coordination.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and operational metrics for management.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to field operations and leadership teams.
- Manage field documentation, including work orders, invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and operational reports.
- Support budgeting and cost tracking by processing invoices, monitoring expenditures, and assisting with financial reporting.
- Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and document meeting minutes and action items.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- Support audits by organizing and maintaining required documentation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Enverus, OpenInvoice, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in oil and gas, energy, construction, manufacturing, or a related industry preferred.
