Responsibilities
- The Contract Analyst I will coordinate, develop, and execute all client/sponsor contracts and change orders for newly awarded and on-going projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Legal Studies, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or a related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Experience with Microsoft Office Word & Excel
- Develop cash neutral payment schedules as required
