- Lead, coach, and support branch managers to deliver strong performance, grow revenue, and meet P&L goals
- Build capable teams through training, development, and hands-on leadership across operations, sales, and service
- Proven leadership experience in multi-site or multi-unit operations, with a track record of developing strong teams within the equipment rental industry
- A willingness to travel regularly, stay connected to the field, and lead by example
- You'll lead a team that values hard work, honesty, and looking out for one another
- You'll have the trust and support to make an impact and grow your career
