Responsibilities
- With more than 115 years of construction experience, Blattner has played a vital role in building America's critical infrastructure, ranging from railroads and highways to dams and mines.
- Establish and maintain high morale while supervising construction crews, demonstrate mastery and safety of equipment and materials, and ensure all necessary inspection are completed
- Lead and perform JHA's during Foreman's Daily Huddle meetings
- Collaborate with the Trade Superintendent when issuing conduct warnings to ensure consistency with the employee handbook, the jobsite, and the company.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of cranes, hand signals and load charts
- Extensive working knowledge of all mechanical and electrical aspects of panel installation on solar projects
Compensation
- $35.40 - $50.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
