- This specific division is responsible for engine and R&D testing.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will independently lead engine and dynamometer test setup and execution to evaluate current and future products in alignment with engineering requirements and departmental standards.
Requirements
- You will work in a small division of a global business that has over 100 years of experience in the motors industry.
- Perform other responsibilities as required.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 4 to 7 years of progressive hands-on experience in engine testing, dynamometer operation,
- Associate degree in Engine Technology or related field preferred
- technical certifications considered a
- Advanced troubleshooting experience with engines, dynamometers, instrumentation systems, and lowvoltage
- Demonstrated ability to interpret technical data and adapt test procedures in real time.
- Experience mentoring or training junior technicians is preferred.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to interface effectively with engineering teams.
