About the role
- The UX Research (UXR) department plays a critical role in assisting the organization with optimizing product launches, prioritizing resources, and identifying whitespace opportunities.
- The UXR team embraces an 'all-in' team-based mentality, advocacy for the user/consumer, and a focus on personal growth / development.
- This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
Responsibilities
- Partner with designers in the iterative design process (e.g. usability testing, click testing, information architecture card sorting & tree tests, etc.)
- Be comfortable speaking about UXR and working with engineering, business development, and marketing partners

- In this role you will have the opportunity to work with a strong research team, product designers, and product managers to develop your craft as a professional researcher.
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in UX Research or related analytical field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent UX Research experience
- Ability to thrive in an environment of ambiguity as we grow the UXR practice
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Compensation
- $71,000 - $92,000.
- Equity is included in overall compensation package.
- This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
