About the role

  • SUMMARY A Front Office Specialist is trained to act as the first point of contact, setting the tone for a world class Total Patient Experience.
  • LOCATION - Work is primarily performed in a standard office or clinical setting.

Responsibilities

  • Embrace and execute our Total Patient Experience to build relationships with all patients while delivering great service and support.
  • Double check insurance authorizations to ensure completion and build accurate flow sheets.
  • Manage patient flow in the office and ensure communication to maximize efficiency and customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Favorable result on background check as required by state
  • Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States
