Compensation
- $50,000 - $80,000 USD
Company info
- Deliver top-notch garage door installation, maintenance, and repair services for residential, commercial, and industrial customers in the greater Austin metro area.
- Perform detailed inspections and ensure all work meets safety codes and exceeds customer expectations.
- Keep accurate records of jobs-notes, photos, diagrams-for smooth operations and follow-ups.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
- Identify customer needs and provide product recommendations and upgrades where appropriate.
- Uphold our reputation for safety, integrity, and exceptional service.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Mechanical aptitude; garage door experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and use basic tools.
- Great attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using tablets and basic tech tools (experience with ServiceTitan is a bonus).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
