Partner closely with the Revenue Operations and Go to Market teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Build and maintain new compensation plans within CaptivateIQ, aligning with company policies and sales goals.
Continuously enhance and scale compensation processes to support business growth.
Deliver ad-hoc reports & analyses to support Sales Leadership and other stakeholders.
Manage inquiries from sales reps with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring clarity and trust in the process.

Bachelor in Finance, Business Technology Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or any other related fields.
1-2 years of experience in sales compensation, finance, data analytics, or a similar field in a fast-paced environment.
Salesforce proficiency is an asset.
Experience with commission automation software preferred
familiarity with CaptivateIQ is a plus.
Known for your accuracy, analytical mindset, and obsession with clean data.
Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
