About the role
- Responsible for answering and returning calls from the Patient Access and Interoperability queue of the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) hotline.
- Responsible for the investigation, documentation and reporting of claim issues and/or discrepancies reported by members utilizing the Patient Access and Interoperability platform.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or 6 years professional experience in lieu of the degree.
- Advanced degree.
- Minimum one year of professional experience with Medicaid eligibility.
- Minimum one year of professional experience with the MMIS mainframe system.
- Minimum two years of professional experience with Customer Service Call Center.
