- Guide data conversion activities and go-live cutover strategies while resolving technical implementation issues.
- Essential Skills & Experience 3 to 5 years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise application software with external clients.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business workflows and translate client operational needs into effective software configurations.
- Practical operational or administrative experience in the transportation and logistics industry.
- Background in project management methodologies and database troubleshooting for financial or operational workflows.
