Responsibilities
- The Controller will report directly to the Chief Development Officer, and will lead the structuring, execution, and oversight of the group's corporate, development, and operating accounting functions.
- This role is responsible for ensuring robust cost control, maintaining accurate financial reporting, and providing financial insights to support the overall development process.
- The Controller will work closely with TA's Investor Accounting group, and will also collaborate with other groups including Design & Construction, Development, Valuations, Portfolio Management, Acquisitions, and Dispositions.
Requirements

- BS in Accounting 8+ years accounting experience Experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar property management/accounting software
