About the role
- Join GP Fund Solutions (GPFS) - a people-first fund administrator serving clients across the US, UK, and EU.
- Our Controllers play a key role in supporting their teams-managing client financials, reviewing workbooks, and partnering with Directors on client strategy.
- Coordinate and oversee the external audit process, as well as annual tax reporting in partnership with third-party accounting firms.
Responsibilities
- Review client financial statements, partner capital statements, and other key reports.
- Prepare and review partner capital calls, waterfall models, distribution notices, and management fee calculations.
- Lead, train, and mentor team members by setting clear objectives, providing coaching, and delivering performance feedback.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, effectively managing expectations and consistently meeting deliverables.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of accounting experience Management experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
