Requirements

  • Perform other lab duties as assigned or required
  • Associate's Degree in science related field with at least 2 years of laboratory experience

Nice to have

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry or related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience in research facility or food manufacturing company (internship experience counts)
  • Experience conducting sensory tests and analysis, and stability studies
  • Experience working with Genesis or any food formulation software
  • Experience working in a Nutraceutical, or Food Science environment preferred
