- As a member of the Production Team, you will be responsible for leading small crews, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate field measurements to support fabrication.
- Maintain tool readiness and proper equipment use.
- Perform advanced sheet metal installation and complex details.
Requirements
- 3+ Years of experience in Commercial Roofing (Sheet Metal Specifically) Proficient in cutting, bending, forming, and installing sheet metal components.
- Strong understanding of fastening patterns and attachment methods.
- Ability to interpret drawings and roof plans.
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to operate mobile technology systems & programs.
- Must be trustworthy and willing to work for periods unsupervised.
- The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Compensation
- $26k-$32k
