Responsibilities
- Use a consultative approach to recommend solutions and manage the full loan lifecycle
- Deliver a high-energy, service-focused customer experience
- Manage delinquency and help resolve past-due accounts
- Support team performance through additional responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or cash handling
- Ability to pass drug screening and background checks where permitted by law
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation (required for bank deposits)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
- Earning Potential – Average $46,000 annually (varies by location)
