Responsibilities
- Executive Support
- Provide high-level administrative support to the GC/CCO, Deputy CCO, and Assistant General Counsels
- Manage complex calendars, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Anticipate needs and help the GC/CCO, Deputy CCO, and assistant general counsels prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Manage the department's invoice processing and vendor coordination
- Maintain organized department records, templates, and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Partner with Technology and Finance to identify, develop, and implement tools and workflows that improve efficiency and consistency.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in a Legal, Compliance, or Executive Assistant role within a financial institution, law firm, or similar fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, etc).
- This role requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Compensation
- We anticipate the base salary of this role to be between $100,000-$125,000.
