About the role

- The HVAC Foreman is responsible for supervising journeyman technicians, apprentices, and helpers while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- This hands-on leadership role requires strong technical expertise in HVAC systems combined with excellent people-management and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of HVAC technicians, apprentices, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Coordinate with other trades, general contractors, engineers, and clients to maintain smooth project execution.
- Perform quality control inspections and verify that installations meet design intent and customer expectations.
- Mentor and train junior technicians and apprentices to develop their skills.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, time sheets, inventory logs, and service records.
- Manage equipment, tools, and vehicle maintenance for the crew.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in HVAC installation and service, with at least 2-3 years in a lead or foreman role.

Requirements
- Assist with estimating, ordering materials, and job costing when required.
- Experience with new construction, tenant improvements, and service/repair work.
Nice to have
- Preferred Skills & Attributes
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
- OSHA 30 preferred.
