Responsibilities
- Perform label processing activities (creation of custom labels, sorting, etc.) on a daily/nightly basis
- Assist with system upgrades (e.g. hardware, software), and related duties, including providing support for the Warehouse Management system and Vendor Management systems within the logistics environment
- When necessary, provide L1, L2 support to Technology support team members, engaging application technical support and escalation as appropriate
- Prepare site/ support documentation and reports for use by others
Requirements
- Post-secondary education, College diploma or certificate
- 2+ years' experience in technical workstation/laptop support experience
