About the role

  • Job Description Housing & Food Services has an outstanding opportunity for a Conduct & Compliance Coordinator ( Program Coordinator (NE S SEIU 925 Non Supv)) to join their team.
  • The program activities are distributed throughout the UW campus.

Responsibilities

  • Create and review report of student registration status to identify students who require outreach when housing eligibility requirements may have been breached
  • Administrative Support (15%)
  • Provides administrative support to the Residential Life Team as assigned, including coordinating meetings, reserving spaces, distributing agendas, and recording and distributing meeting minutes
  • Supports the HFS Central Office Residential Life suite as needed, including answering telephones, receiving and referring visitors, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries
  • Develops forms and procedures essential to Residential Life On-Call operations including On-Call Resources committee scheduling, Emergency Space Database, and On-Call rotation staff scheduling
  • Updates and maintains the Residential Life conduct database, including student housing assignments and student conduct case records

Requirements

  • High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience providing administrative support in a university setting.
  • To be considered for this opportunity your application must demonstrate you meet both the minimum qualifications and additional qualifications listed below.
  • Working knowledge of residential life and program administration are keys to successful performance.

  • Disclosure is required under Washington state law.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Advocate database or other similar tools (Maxient, etc.)
  • Experience with budget preparation, maintenance and monitoring, and developing new software skills
  • Experience that demonstrates:

  • Organizational and project management skills
  • Balancing multiple projects and deadlines while responding to frequent interruptions
  • Outstanding oral and written communication
  • Success interpreting and communicating complex policies, procedures and agreements

Compensation

  • $47,256.00 annual Pay Range Maximum:
