Requirements

  • Minimum of 8+ years post qualification experience at recognized law firm or previous in-house counsel experience.
  • Experience in the mining industry is advantageous but not required.
  • Active member in good standing of a law society in Canada with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from a recognized law school.
  • Eligibility to Work: To be considered for this role, you must have valid working rights in the country where the role is located.
  • Strong communication skills, sound business judgment, self-motivation, and the ability to operate effectively in an entrepreneurial team environment are essential for success in this role.
