About the role

Summary: Install HVAC systems and all other related HVAC components correctly and in a timely manner, while also helping facilitate customer satisfaction and workplace safety.
The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
When the employee is at a work site, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places and outdoor weather conditions.

All HVAC technicians are expected to work under close supervision within a team-oriented environment and with a minimal amount of creative design, depending on work experience and proven competencies.

Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds at times.
Mimum 3 years' experience
Must have an honest and dependable personality
Minimum High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; EPA certification a plus
Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to distinguish between various HVAC equipment
Self-motivated individual with strong ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively within a team
Possession of valid driver's license with good driving record and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong ability to write and read in English language
Ability to lift items that weigh up to 100lbs safely
Strong ability to operate under severe temperature conditions for long periods of time

Set/mount equipment, rough-in and trim duct systems, experience installing duct systems is preferred
EPA certification a plus
Minimum High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
